Instead of adjusting every photograph manually, as required in traditional image editors, just let Photo Sense process multiple photos completely automatically. Then save the results you like. If you wish to improve the automatic results, choose what adjustments should be applied to particular photographs (the semi-automatic customization). Furthermore, you can fine-tune the results manually. Finally, you can give your photos an artistic finishing touch by applying creative effects.
The unique automatic photo enhancement algorithm implemented in Photo Sense embraces everything its developers learned during over 4 years of professional photography experience. The only shortcoming the application has compared to manual processing is the lack of human vision, which sometimes can lead to a suboptimal choice of automatic image processing parameters. With the tools provided by Photo Sense (two customization levels, batch processing, image settings synchronization etc.) you can easily and quickly perfect the automatic results.

* Non-destructive means that, as long as an image is open in the application, you can always change your mind and reprocess it without losing any information, or affecting/degrading the image quality. This is because your adjustments are always applied to the original image, not to an already processed one.
** Batch mode means that an operation can be performed on multiple images at a time. If not specified, the operation only works with a single image at a time.
Unlike the full Mac OS version, Photo Sense Lite and Photo Sense for iOS work with only one photograph at a time. For more information on the difference between these and the full version see Photo Sense Lite limitations and Photo Sense for iOS.
Have you ever wondered why professional photographs look so much better than most amateur ones? Do you want to improve your photos, make them look more professional without huge time and money investments? While this goal is very ambitious (after all, it takes many hard-working years to become a good photographer), it is still achievable to some extent!
There are two major steps in creating great digital photographs: (i) taking photos with a camera and (ii) improving them in software. Both steps require certain skills, significant efforts, and investments to achieve good results. While both steps are very important, enhancing photos in photo editing software can significantly improve any photographs, not only those taken professionally with expensive equipment.
Professional photo manipulation software is very difficult to learn, and is also very expensive. Moreover, even when you have bought and learned it, professional image editing software still requires very much time and effort to achieve the best results. Both the financial investment and the time required to learn and use professional photo editing software are prohibitive for most amateur photographers.
VeprIT Photo Sense comes to rescue, addressing the problems amateur photographers face when trying to improve their photographs. Photo Sense is an affordable and very easy photo editing software for Mac OS and iOS which automatically applies professional image enhancement techniques to your photographs, saving you infinite amounts of time and money. Photo Sense enhances your photos automatically, and allows to customize results to your liking.
Photo Sense developers have several years of professional photography experience (their work is presented at http://dophoto.net). This resulted in the creation of a unique automatic photo enhancement algorithm, which implements the manual photograph enhancement workflow developed and used by the authors. This algorithm, implemented in Photo Sense, embraces everything the developers learned during the professional photography experience. The only shortcoming the application has compared to manual processing in a professional image editor is the lack of human vision, which sometimes can lead to a suboptimal choice of automatic image processing parameters.
Taking into account that computers lack the human vision, and that every person defines what a “better photograph” is in his/her own way, VeprIT Photo Sense is designed to make it very easy and convenient for the users to choose the photos they like and to save them, discarding the less successful results. It provides a quick overview of all enhanced photographs in a browser, and a side-by-side comparison capability for every image before and after processing.
For users willing to achieve more at a very little time cost, Photo Sense supports a semi-automatic processing mode, which allows to choose what adjustments it should apply to particular photographs. In most cases when Photo Sense fails to improve some photos completely automatically, the user can easily fix them with a few mouse clicks, by adjusting image processing options (see Quick Tips for some examples).
Finally, for users willing to have a full control over the results, Photo Sense allows to adjust the desired photographs manually, in a more traditional way.
First of all, download and run Photo Sense. Drag & drop images to the application window and see how well Photo Sense enhances them automatically by comparing before and after (see exploring results). Then select and save the photos that you like. If you wish, improve the automatic processing results in the semi-automatic or manual mode. See a more detailed Quick Start Guide, and/or the complete User Guide.
